What size fitted sheet should I get?

Can I try my linen on the bed and still be eligible for a return?

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for bedding that has been unfolded and placed on your mattress. However, we fold our linen in a way that allows you to view the colour fully, helping you decide if it suits your space. We also offer complimentary swatch samples for domestic orders, which you can request via the link below if you’d like to see the colour before purchasing.

Is return shipping free?

I Love Linen does not cover return shipping for change of mind. However, if you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item, please get in touch, and we will happily provide you with a prepaid label to facilitate your exchange.

How do I redeem my rewards?

Once logged into your I Love Linen account, add your desired items to your cart and click ‘checkout.’ Your available rewards will appear in the drop-down menu on the right side. Simply select 'choose reward' to apply.

Can I return my Hotel Cloud items if they are unsuitable?

We kindly ask you to choose carefully, as we cannot accept returns on white goods due to health and hygiene reasons. Exceptions can be made for quilts and mattress toppers if they remain unopened in their original vacuum-sealed packaging. Pillows, which are not vacuum-sealed, are non-returnable.
